| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch payment cards and do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.Please note that from time to time designs of packing do change, this is no way effects the quality or quantity of product within. Various items from the pre-decorated range of nails have rotating designs to ensure consumers have maximum choice, therefor on occasions you may find you have received a slightly different design as to what you may have seen on screen. Should this be the case and you are not happy with the design, please return it to us unopened for a full-refund. |
| Shipping And Handling For all UK based orders, our web-site will automatically calculate the postage & packaging charge for you're order. Postage & Packaging charges start from £2.50 for standard post, you can select courier delivery which is more secure and faster, this service costs £10. Please note that certain bulky items or items containing majority liquid can only despatched via courier.Standard delivery (UK) is FREE on all orders over £50; certain items which contain majority liquids will require courier delivery only, these items are clearly marked and you will be made aware of this at the checkout.For international orders we charge £5 for postage and packaging if you order is below £10, then we charge another £3 for every additional £10 worth of goods ordered, so for example if you're order comes to £24, you'll pay £8 postage and packaging. Please note that all orders are sent via standard post, if you require secure courier delivery, please email us after placing your order and we will email you back the additional costs required in providing this service. |
| Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days, your order should arrive by Royal Mail if you selected standard delivery or TNT Express if you selected Xpress service. However, please allow upto 14 days from the date you originally placed your order before contacting us with any delivery related enqueries.Your delivery charge will be calculated at the check-out and UK deliveries are FREE for orders above £100. |
